How should believers approach physical health? Should we even care? Robin Long shares how she approaches physical health as a believer. Exercising consistently doesn’t have to be motivated by the scale or our culture’s definition of beauty. It can be motivated by a deep desire to honor the gift God has given us in our bodies. It can be done with the understanding that God made us body, mind, and soul. It doesn’t have to be all-consuming, but it can be a way to better love and serve God and others.
